[font=宋体][size=10.5pt][size=3][color=#000000]中国国际网络文化博览会是由[b]文化部、科技部、信息产业部、新闻出版总署、广电总局、国务院新闻办、共青团中央、北京市人民政府[/b]八家部委联合主办。是中国政府为推动中国网络文化产业发展、促进国际间的广泛交流与合作而举办的，最高规格、最大规模、最具影响力的国际数字内容产业盛会。本次大赛作为由中国国际网络文化博览会组委会主办的网博会主题活动之一，由杭州御天恒信网络科技有限公司承办。[/color][/size][/size][/font]

[size=3][color=#000000][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]2. [/size][/font][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]初赛：参赛团体将参赛作品以DV短片形式上传至承办方网站。一个社团限一个作品。由网民投票选出入围决赛团体。[/size][/font][/color][/size]
